COMPD / documentation

Built around
clear boundaries.

COMPD separates holder access, treasury accounting and guarded execution into distinct layers. Holders retain custody of their tokens while protocol-controlled capital follows defined rules.

01 / Overview

What COMPD is designed to do

COMPD is a holder-access strategy framework built around project treasury separation. Holders keep tokens in their own wallets. Agent Intelligence is read-only; it does not grant custody over strategy funds or operational control.

BUILT AROUND CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Holder access, treasury accounting and guarded execution remain separate parts of the system.

02 / Holder access

Hold-only qualification

The V1 threshold is 500,000 COMPD at 18 decimals. Qualification is based on holding the balance; no staking, deposit, lockup, personal vault or user trading balance is required. Holder Intelligence is read-only and may include the current strategy, signal, market, timeframe, entry, target, invalidation, reason summary and position progress.

Holders are passive. Top 30 eligible holders with at least 500,000 COMPD are ranked by TWAB; no staking, deposits, locking or manual claims. The initial checkpoint is launch+15minutes, followed by regular UTC 8-hour windows. Holder access grants no treasury, strategy, administrative, governance or execution authority.

03 / Accounting

Keep the two flows separate

Bootstrap is 10% Strategy Capital / 90% Non-Strategy Treasury Principal. Each recurring allocation follows its own economic source. Positive realized Agent profit is routed only after settlement and principal return. Flap protocol revenue follows a separate allocation. Unrealized PnL, returned principal and losses do not enter the profit split.

SourceStrategy CapitalBuyback ReserveHolder RewardsProtocol ReserveRule
Positive realized Agent profit65%15%10%10%After settlement and principal return
Flap / protocol revenue35%15%—50%Separate revenue ledger

Allocation rules describe policy. Treasury balances and realized activity are reported only from verified production data.

04 / Buyback policy

Disciplined execution. Bounded by protocol rules.

Buyback Reserve may be used only through a guarded execution path. The requested amount is bounded by the reserve percentage, immutable hard cap and remaining period allowance.

ControlApproved V1 limitPurpose
Reserve trigger0.25 BNB-equivalentMinimum reserve before an execution can be considered
Execution size20% of current reserveBounded per-execution amount
Hard cap0.50 BNB-equivalentMaximum amount for one execution
Cooldown6 hoursMinimum spacing after a successful execution
24-hour reserve limit40% of period-start reserveLater deposits do not increase that period’s cap
Execution guards3% max slippage · verified quotes requiredApproved route, fresh verified quotes and bounded execution

Permissionless requests remain subject to Kernel custody, activation and spending limits. It cannot custody reserves, administer limits or choose an arbitrary recipient. Execution is blocked outside the permitted protocol state.

05 / Strategy boundaries

Capital limits are explicit

Approved assets: NVDAx, TSLAx, AMZNx, AAPLx, SPYx. The live Agent evaluates every 8 hours plus immediate launch evaluation.

  • Maximum aggregate active capital exposure: 30% of Strategy Capital.
  • Maximum per-position exposure: 10% of Strategy Capital; no more than three concurrent positions.
  • Spot-equivalent 1× only. No borrowing or margin.
  • Daily realized-loss circuit: 5% of Strategy Capital at the start of the UTC day.
  • Drawdown guard: 10% from reconciled equity high-water mark; new entries require Guardian review and explicit resume after a breach.
  • Designed loss for one position may not exceed 3% of trade principal.
  • New exposure and buybacks require an approved market/asset route and verified, sufficiently fresh pricing.

Risk limits are enforced by the protocol on every Agent position. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

06 / Protocol safeguards

Designed to protect capital under changing conditions.

Protocol-level safeguards restrict execution when defined operating conditions are not met. Strategy execution and treasury operations remain separated, with privileged actions constrained by explicit roles and protocol rules.

PAUSE CONTROL

Temporarily restricts new execution while preserving treasury accounting.

ROLE SEPARATION

Operational roles remain separated across execution, administration and treasury controls.

PROTECTED RECOVERY

Recovery paths are restricted by protocol state and predefined authorization rules.

07 / Architecture

Intended component boundaries

Flap V3 ↓ Native BNB Fee Receiver ↓ COMPD V3 Vault Kernel ├── Strategy Capital ├── Buyback Reserve └── Protocol Reserve Off-chain Agent ↓ prepares requests Guarded Strategy / Buyback Executors ↓ invoke permitted paths V3 Vault Kernel accounting

The Agent is off-chain strategy software, not an asset custodian. The Automation Executor may trigger narrow guarded paths. It has no Vault custody, arbitrary-transfer, admin, configuration, pause, shutdown or recovery authority. Flap platform administration remains separate from the COMPD Vault roles.

08 / FAQ

Questions & Answers

Do I need to stake or deposit COMPD?

No. Simply hold COMPD in your wallet to qualify for Agent Intelligence access, your tokens stay yours. No staking, deposits, or lockups.

Can holders control the Treasury?

No. COMPD operates through predefined protocol rules. Holding COMPD provides access to Agent Intelligence, not control over funds, trading strategies, or execution.

Where do protocol fees go?

Creator fees generated through Flap are routed to the COMPD Vault and allocated across Strategy Capital, Buyback Reserve, and Protocol Reserve. Each allocation serves a distinct purpose, with separate accounting for trading profits and protocol revenue.

How do COMPD buybacks work?

Buybacks are governed by protocol defined limits, reserve requirements, and market conditions. Every execution follows a controlled process designed to protect Treasury capital.

What does the Agent actually do?

The Agent analyzes market conditions, evaluates opportunities, and develops trading strategies. Treasury execution is handled through dedicated protocol safeguards, keeping decision making and capital management separate.

What can I track on the dashboard?

COMPD brings its onchain activity into one place. Explore Treasury balances, Agent activity, trading positions, buybacks, and protocol performance through a transparent, read-only interface.

Will COMPD holders receive rewards?

COMPD V1 focuses on hold to access Agent Intelligence. Holder rewards are planned for a future phase following the activation of live Agent trading, subject to protocol performance and finalized distribution rules. No staking or deposits are required for current access.
